Parsons & High Renewal Project

Synergy North is undertaking the Parsons & High System Renewal Project to upgrade and modernize electrical infrastructure in the Parsons Avenue and High Street North area. This important investment will improve system reliability, safety, and long-term service performance for customers in the neighbourhood.

The project involves the replacement and enhancement of aging electrical assets, including utility poles, overhead wires, transformers, and related distribution equipment.

Key benefits of the project include improved electrical reliability, enhanced public and worker safety, a reduced risk of unplanned outages, and a stronger, more resilient local distribution system designed to support future community needs.

Project Area

The Parsons–High System Renewal Project will impact approximately 275 customers in the surrounding neighbourhood, including:

• Residential customers
• Local businesses
• Bishop Gallagher Senior Catholic Elementary School

Work will take place primarily in the area of Parsons Avenue and High Street North.
