What is an arrears payment plan?
Payment plans are available to customers who have fallen behind. An Arrears Payment Plan will allow you to repay your previous debt over a period of time, but current bills will need to be paid by their due date. Please get in touch with our Customer Service department for more information or to see if you are eligible for an arrears payment plan.
Who is eligible for the Housing Security Fund?
While there is an application and approval process, any customer can apply.
If I apply for the Ontario Electricity Support Program, when will it take effect?
The on-bill credit is applied as of the approval date. This will be seen on your bill within one to two billing cycles.
If I receive a credit on my bill from the Ontario Electricity Support Program, can I have it refunded?
No. The on-bill credit has no cash value.
